ABOUT OUR CLASSES
Welcome to Satvana Yoga. Our powerful, energetic and spirit-infused Warrior Yoga practice has a strong emphasis on breath, Warrior Asana, and allows beginners, intermediate and advanced students alike to be challenged in the same class. Our studio is gently heated to help cleanse the body and warm the muscles.
Satvana Yoga will tone, strengthen and rinse your body, clear your mind and leave you with a sense of accomplishment and empowerment. The dynamic mix of sweat, concentration, breathing, and spirit cultivated through a Warrior Yoga class will challenge you to step up to your edge, and unlock your potential for achieving true personal power, Warrior Spirit, and living an insipred life.
“Tell me a story, and I’ll remember.” In the tradition of the Warrior culture, all Warrior Yoga classes begin with a story infused with a deep lesson to contemplate during physical practice and mediation.
WARRIOR YOGA 60
Strengthen and stretch every part of your body in this one hour Warrior Yoga class. This class is a great way to start or complete your day.
FIGHTING WARRIOR YOGA 60
Mobilize through ranges of motion and sequences designed to enhance the full spectrum of Martial Arts.
WARRIOR YOGA 75
Through a deeper exploration of the practice you will have an opportunity to experience a shift in your mind, body and spirit.
RESTORATIVE WARRIOR YOGA
This grounding, all-levels class is great for muscle recovery, increased flexibility, and body awareness. Discover what happens when you hold poses and deep stretches longer. This class also includes extended periods of mediation, visualization, breath work and Savasana.
If you have a personal Yoga mat please bring it. Personal towels and water are recommended.
Mats, Wool Blankets, Props, Cushions and custom made wood Meditation Benches are available for student use, free of charge, during class.
New students should arrive 15 – 20 minutes early to register and get settled. Please keep your voice low upon entering the studio.
Occasionally the teacher may ask you to pause for a teaching moment to deepen your understanding of the practice. We encourage a willingness to listen and try something new.
